  • can learn how to SUP
  • get inspired to have fun on the sea
  • get fit and healthy 
  • improve on their wave-riding and paddling skills​
  • push their personal limits to bring out the best in themselves
  • have lots of fun ;-)

All proceeds go towards children & animal empowerment programs!
We are based in the beautiful city of Cape Town, at the southern tip of Africa and meet depending weather conditions.

​I discovered SUPSistas 18 months ago .
​It had taken me a year to pluck up courage to learn to SUP as other than my comfort in the water and the love of the ocean I knew nothing.

I was warmly welcomed  by Karina and her super SUPsistas and weekly received excellent tuition to SUP, tuition in understanding the ocean and safety on the water by professional caring fellow SUP'ers.

Truly grateful to you as SUP'ing with these special Sistas has had a major impact on my life and I have developed a confidence in & a passion for this wonderful activity.

We have fun in the sea, get fit and help disadvantaged young people along the way with our SUPSistas contributions - a truly great concept.
